PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THEY CONTAIN VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS AS WELL AS LIMINATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU. BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, ACCEPTED AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. THESE TERMS ARE SUBJECT TO MODIFY WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN NOTICE AT ANY TIME IN MY SOLE DISCRETION. YOU SHOULD PERIODICALLY REVIEW THESE TERMS TO ENSURE THAT YOU REMAIN UP TO DATE ON ALL SUCH CHANGES.
Return Poilcy
If a customer find that they do not like the scent or product they ordered, I offer to replace the product with a new item with equal value at no additional cost to the customer. If customer perfer a refund instead of replacement product, I do except returns within 30 days of recieving the order. Once I recieve the return, I will inspect the product and, upon my approval, the refund will be issued minus the cost of shipping. If an order is returned to sender due to shipping address issue and the customer perfers a refund instead of a new shipment, only the product is refundable. Any additional services added at checkout as well as shipping is not refundable once an order has been shipped.
Order Fulfillment Time
All products are hand-poured, while inventory is fully stock all products will be shipped on standard 3-5 day shipping unless other shipping is purchased. If item is SOLD OUT, it is simply that into inventory is back full. Products that are custom made, my normal fulfillmet time is 3-5 business days. I strive to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible, orders can take up to 10 buisness day during periods of extremely higher order volume such as hoilday season.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Shipments
While I am not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, I will do my best to assist my customer when package has an issue in transit. If a shipment lost or show delivered but is not at your location, I recommend contacting local post office first. Please allow 48 hours for any updates. If the Post Office deems your package as lost or damaged, I will work with you to have a replacement sent out. If a customer recieves a shipment with damaged product, I will offer to send a replacement out for the customer at no additional cost. If the customer perfers a refund instead of a replacement, the product must be returned by the customer for a refund. The cost to return the product for a refund is the responsibility of the customer.

Exotic Flame Queen Fragrance & More products are sold on a direct to customer basis only through the website and are not to be offered for resale unless such an agreement has been made in writing by Exotic Flame Queen Fragrance & More and Seller.
Candle Burning Safety Notice
A study by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission suggest that 85% of candle fires could be avoided if customers followed four basic safety rules:
1. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
2. Never burn a candle on or near anything that might catch fire.
3. Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.
4. Never use water to extinguish a candle.
Always make sure to keep your candle wick trimmed to 1/4" before lighting. If a candle wick is too long, the wax isn't able to reach the top causing the candke to smoke. Keep your candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings. Only burn candle on a level, fire-resistant surface. Do not burn the candle for more than four at a time. Stop use when only 1/4" of wax remains. if you notice a candle that has a flame height above 1.5 inches and/or is releasing excessive smoke, make sure to blow the candle out immediately, allow the candle to fully cool and trim the wick down which should lower the flame and stop the smoke. if trimming the wick does not help lower the flame or stop excessive smoking, safety dispose of it once it has fully cooled and contact me for a replacement.
